It all started with a little free time and some hanging baskets. Then last summer I grew beans, tomatoes, and zucchini in 5-gallon containers. Fall brought carrots, onions, broccoli, and garlic, still in containers. With Spring I was inspired to construct a raised garden bed. It all sits in the front corner of our corner lot, the only place in the yard that gets full sun.

You're certainly ahead of me here too. I was happy that a couple of my pods appeared to have beans in them yesterday. I figured that Dad and I could move our date of harvest from Christmas. Did Eric try a bite? Bet that they were way good. I do have two more eggplants ready to harvest though and you haven't said a word about them. ;-)
